At the end of 2005 we were looking for assistance to develop a more co-ordinated and professional approach to communications in order to enhance the profile of our organisation and to take advantage of new areas of growth.
Having asked Sandra to undertake a thorough and comprehensive review of our internal and external communications we were delighted with the constructive and positive recommendations she was able to make on NBV’s behalf.
We were particularly impressed by the sensitive and considered approach she took in respect of both the interviews with the senior management team and presentation she made when the report was complete. The feedback we had from the team was very good and I believe each participant found the interviews themselves extremely helpful in assisting them in focusing their ideas and aspirations for the business.
We have already started to implement some of the recommendations made in Sandra’s report and are hoping to implement more as the year progresses.
